This pilot runs through Spring 2025. After the pilot concludes:

  • Individual Data: All individual response data, personal information, and conversation history will be deleted
  • Aggregate Data: We will retain only aggregate, anonymized data needed to evaluate the effectiveness of this approach and improve the product

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your information:

  • Opt-Out of SMS: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving survey communications
  • Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
