Saachi provides SMS-based conversational feedback collection services for organizations to engage with their stakeholders. Messages are sent through participating organizations to gather insights and feedback.
By providing your phone number to a participating organization, you consent to receive SMS messages from Saachi on behalf of that organization. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency varies depending on the conversation and your organization's engagement campaigns. You may receive 2-5 messages per conversation.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages will be sent.
