Program Name: Saachi Conversational Feedback Pilot

Saachi LLC is running a pilot through Spring 2025 to test whether conversational SMS is a better way to capture parent perspectives on education than traditional surveys. We send interactive text messages to parents and families to gather feedback about their experiences with their children's schools. We measure response rates, completion rates, and insight depth to validate this approach.

Important: This is not a marketing or promotional messaging service. Messages are sent solely to collect feedback and facilitate two-way conversations for research purposes. Messages do not contain advertisements, sales offers, or promotional content.

How Saachi Works

When you receive SMS messages from Saachi, you are participating in our pilot program. Here's how this works:

  • Saachi collects parent feedback about schools to test whether conversational SMS unlocks better insights than surveys
  • Your feedback helps us measure response rates, completion rates, and the depth of insights gathered
  • If validated, this approach could change how parent voices are heard in education

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the conversation and your responses. A typical feedback conversation may involve 2-5 messages. You may receive feedback requests periodically.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving survey messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
